Dependable Painting and Remodeling Warranty
Dependable Painting and Remodeling is dedicated to satisfying and serving our customers.
If at any time during your 2-year warranty you determine Dependable Painting and Remodeling has missed painting any areas of your project or failed to leave your project in better condition than when we arrived, Dependable Painting and Remodeling will promptly come back and try to take care of any issues or concerns you may have.
Dependable Painting and Remodeling only uses the best paints and materials.
If you have any concerns with the condition or failure of paint or products applied by Dependable Painting and Remodeling, we will promptly schedule a visit to go over the concerns with you.
- If at that time we determine that there is a product failure, we will schedule a time to take care of such failure and attempt to have the paint supplier pay for all such labor or materials within the 2-year warranty.
- Please note: If sprinklers hit the structure, all warranties will be void.
Any form of wax bleed present on the siding or manufactured wood product shall void any warranty from Dependable Painting and Remodeling.
If you have concerns with the condition of the paint or products we applied after your 2-year warranty, Dependable Painting and Remodeling will follow up with the manufacturer to see to it that the paint or product warranty is covered for you.
A full copy of this Warranty is attached to all Estimates.
Your warranty begins on the day of project completion.
Additional Note:
Fences and decks are warranted for 1 year unless done in Dependable Penetrating Oil.
